We used to use ruled paper – with no structure or prompts

“Before using mio, all of our systems were paper-based. We used to work on a sheet of paper with space for contact details on the front and just ruled paper on the back – and no structure or prompts. We used to keep all of these sheets in a folder. In a busy office, it was all too easy to end up with lots of paper around, mixing it up and putting things back in the wrong place. If the phone rang and I didn’t have the right folder out, I would sometimes write a note on a separate piece of paper that wouldn’t make it into the right folder either. It was a bit of a nightmare, not having everything all in one place.”
