mio Year in Review: Our 2019 Highlights

Since launching in May 2019, it’s been a fantastic year for mio! Over the past 9 months, we’ve built an incredible community of forward-thinking agents, bringing sales progression into the 21st century. 

Here are some of our top highlights from 2019:

We continued to make mio even better, with some fantastic updates to our platform & app

  • Redesigned the chain building tool and chain view, making it quicker and easier to build chains with fewer clicks
  • Redesigned the Details tab to include Financial Advisor details, making it much easier to navigate and edit
  • Redesigned the chat messaging view for agents to support chat groups and messages across the branch, delivering a more responsive customer service
  • Developed auto-invite for the consumer app, resulting in less work for the agent
  • Developed Reapit property record import, making more data available and eradicating re-keying for agents
  • Introduced a pinned note feature for a better user experience
  • Developed better reporting to measure adoption and usage frequency

We won GOLD for technology supplier of the year…

In November, mio scooped the coveted GOLD award for Supplier of the Year: Technology (Apps) at The Negotiator Awards 2019! We enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Grosvenor Hotel in London celebrating the best in the industry. We’d like to give special thanks and congratulations to our brilliant sales agents across the UK.

What’s next for mio?
